Three companion documents covering the proposed Mercuryo on-ramp and off-ramp integration on vakotrade. One for product context, one for engineering reference, one for QA test execution.
Customer journeys before and after, delivery timeline, value pillars, open items pending vendor alignment. Client-safe — no internal naming or implementation detail.
Sequence diagrams for both flows, payment state machine, signature schemes tree, vendor API surface with editable request/response examples, fire buttons, and curl generation.
Pre-flight checklist with persistent progress, coverage matrix, fifteen test scenarios with setup / execute / expect / verify, vendor-side risk catalog, error code reference.
All three documents share the same navigation bar at the top and a sticky in-page mini-nav. Section anchors are stable; deep-link freely. Each document is self-contained · no shared assets · safe to print or PDF.
The PM document is intentionally written without internal naming, file paths, or hour-level estimates — it is safe to share with the client unaltered. The Dev and QA documents may reference internal concepts but no exact code names or table schemas.
To deploy the bundle as a public-facing site, copy the four .html files into a static-hosting target. No build step required.
